1. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@habitandco.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll organise a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
2. Change of Mind
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
3. Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated shipping timeframe, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
